Short version: we collect what we need to run the shop and nothing else. We don't sell your data.

Who we are

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, and which product and size you were interested in if you signed up from a product page. We use double opt-in: signing up only sends you an email with a link to confirm. You're added to the list only after you open that link and confirm. Until then you're not on it; the only record is Resend's log of that one email. Links expire after 48 hours.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Orders: your name, email, shipping address and order details. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our servers.

Who processes it

• Resend: stores the waitlist and delivers our emails, including contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Stripe: takes payments and stores order records.
• Vercel: hosts this website and keeps short-lived server logs, which include your IP address.

We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions and prevent abuse. We don't store it.

Cookies

When the shop is open we use two cookies to remember your cart. That's it. No advertising or analytics trackers. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails until you unsubscribe. Contact messages only as long as needed to reply: [TBC]. Order records as long as the law requires for accounting: [TBC].

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your data, contact us. Rights that apply where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA): [TBC].
